Airforge started after one too many jobs where a customer had been quoted one price on the phone and handed another on the doorstep, with no engineer willing to put their name to the work. The idea of fixing that, rather than just doing it slightly better, is what got the company going.
In practice that means a fixed quote before anyone picks up a tool, a named engineer who carries the job from first visit to final test, and a pressure check logged against every installation and clean before the van leaves the drive.
Pricing is agreed upfront with no retail markup hidden in the middle, payment is settled on completion by cash or bank transfer, and every job carries a 30-day workmanship guarantee with the engineer's name on the report.
Straight Pricing
We agree one price before work starts and don't add extras once the van is on the drive. If the scope changes, we talk about it first.
Accountability
The engineer who quotes the job is the one who does it, and their name is on the job report at the end.

How We Keep Standards Up
Every job is checked against a short list before the engineer leaves, covering pressure readings, airflow and the tidiness of the work area. We also keep a dated photo record of each visit, so if a question comes up later we can look back at exactly what was done.
We set out to replace vague quotes and whoever-turns-up callouts with a fixed price and a named engineer who stands behind the finished job. Every installation and clean is tested before we leave, and the paperwork proves it.
