These terms govern bookings made with Airforge for air conditioning installation, cleaning, servicing and repair work. By booking a visit, you accept the terms set out below.
Parties and scope
These terms apply between Airforge, registered at 12 Bradford Street, Birmingham B5 6QY, and any individual or business booking a visit for air conditioning installation, cleaning, servicing, diagnosis or repair. They cover work carried out at the client's property or premises within the stated service area.
Booking and quotes
A booking is confirmed once scope, approximate timing and an indicative price have been discussed by phone or in writing. For jobs requiring a site visit to confirm scope, the price given beforehand is indicative only and the final figure is agreed on site before work begins.
Performance of the work and access to the premises
The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the unit, the outdoor condenser where applicable, and any relevant electrical isolators. Work may be paused or rescheduled if access is not available, and any resulting delay is not charged to the client unless caused by information withheld at booking.
Prices, payment after completion and invoices
Prices are confirmed before work proceeds and payment is due on completion of the visit, by cash or bank transfer against the invoice issued. No work beyond the agreed scope is carried out without a separate price being confirmed first.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Shorter notice may result in a deposit being retained where materials or parts have already been ordered for the job.
Liability, insurance and complaints
Airforge carries public liability insurance for work undertaken on site. Any fault traceable to our workmanship within twelve months of completion is corrected at no extra charge, and complaints should be raised by phone or in writing as soon as an issue is noticed so it can be looked into promptly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
